The 22-year-old country singer looked beautiful on the red carpet in a gold embellished midi gown by Oscar de la Renta before she was presented an award by her ex-boyfriend's famous family, The Kennedy's.
Taylor, who is famed for her insidious songs against her celebrity ex boyfriend's, attended the RFK Centre's annual gala in New York last night which was hosted by no other than the Kennedy clan and the family of her past lover in which she split with earlier this year.

Taylor was awarded with the 2012 Ripple of Hope Award from the Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice & Human Rights for her commitment to social change through music and later took to the stage to perform tracks from her new album, 'Red.'
The flaxen-haired singer had a run in earlier this week with her former lover Joe Jonas whereby she happened to look incredible ! in a monochrome Kate Spade New York dress, and last night didn't fail to look just as good.
The sheer nude underlay of the gown was the perfect combination of sophisticated and sexy as Taylor played on her feminine image to win over the fash pack yet again, with the chunky gold embellishments adding a simple touch of festive glamour to the evening gown featuring a kicked out skirt.

And Taylor's make-up reflected the softness of her latest look, leaving the red lippie at home for gentle peachy hues, subtle lines eyes and rosy cheeks, adding a pair of nude Jimmy Choo peep toe heels and a Lauren Merkin bag to finish off the stunning outfit.
The star was chosen as a recipient for the award in July when she was still dating 18-year-old high school senior Conor, and was a firm fixture in the infamous family's life.
Taylor posed in an array of awkward photos with Conor's family on the red carpet and then on stage when his aunts Kerry and Rory awarded her with the gong.
Rory commented on the pair's ephemeral romance last summer: "I think she's fantastic and I couldn't be more! thrilled! . She's a good friend of our family and we all adore her and love her. It's great to have her around,'' Female First reports.
