"Even on off days, Miley wants to talk all things glam," her makeup artist tells Us Weekly.

Another standout is Taylor Swift who three years ago told Us that her favorite dress is "one that can be paired with cowboy boots." Now the singer, 22, prefers gowns by Reem Acra and Elie Saab, with Christian Louboutin pumps.
