Taylor Swift Sets Her Sights On Hip-Hop And Hopes To Collaborate With Eminem
WENNTaylor Swift may be known as a country starlet but that could be set to change with the singer revealing she has a passion for hip-hop and is even hoping to score a collaboration with Eminem.
The 'I Knew You Were Trouble' singer has forged a successful career penning sweet love songs based on her failed relationships with famous celebrities, including Jake Gyllenhaall, John Mayer and Harry Styles, but it looks like Taylor is ready to ditch the pop girl act in favour of an edgier sound.

After admitting that she grew up listening to the likes of Eminem and 50 Cent, Taylor told InStyle magazine: I love hip-hop so much. There's something so honest about it.
Nobody wants to hear me rap but I'd sing a chorus for someone for sure. I would sign up for that in a heartbeat, Taylor added.
Meanwhile, the recently revealed to the magazine that she began writing songs at a young age as she felt isolated at school so used music as a form of therapy.
When you're dealing with something like loneliness or confusion or rejection or frustration, those emotions are so jumbled up in your head, Taylor revealed.
For me, the only way to condense them down into one thing is to wr! ite and three and a half minute song about it. I first started writing songs because I didn't really have anyone else to talk to.
Taylor, 23, goes on to explain how songwriting became a form of therapy as she grew up. Songwriting for me just started out as therapy, Taylor said before adding that she was weird and different.
