Taylor Swift decided to lay down roots in Nashville earlier this year -- and she purchased a home in the capitol of country music to the tune of $1.45 million. The house features 4.925 square feet with four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms.
Sounds perfect, doesn't it? Sure does, but Swift just put it back on the market -- just four months after closing. The country superstar apparently decided that Beverly Hills is the place to be and just finished purchasing a $3.975 million house on 1.37 acres in the Santa Monica Mountains. The California house is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath home in the Franklin Canyon area.

Jennifer Aniston is on the lookout for a new property in Los Angeles -- but this time she's looking with her new boyfriend, Justin Theroux. The actress just sold her immaculate mansion in Beverly Hills.
Aniston, 42, and Theroux are "house hunting and hoping to find something in the next few weeks. She has looked at places to buy as well as places to rent in the Beverly Hills area," a source told US Weekly.
She also purchased two apartments in NYC's West Village for a reported $8 million. The "Horrible Bosses" actress is reportedly hoping to combine the two into 2,700 square feet of living area with 900 square feet of outdoor space.

The actors have been renting the four-bedroom renovated house for a jaw-dropping $95,000 a month. Now, the couple is still renting the house for $80,000 a month, but they've also listed it for $14.479 million dollars. Yes, you read that right: nearly $14.5 million dollars is all you'll need for this incredible beach paradise.
