The country cutie was spotted in Santa Monica, Calif., on May 1 in super cute skinny jeans and a baggy top which still managed to show off her alleged new breasts.

Taylor first stepped out in Beverly Hills on April 23rd in a striped dress with noticeably larger breasts. Several plastic surgeons around the country have told HollywoodLife.com that Taylor most likely went from a small A cup to a C.
