Taylor Swift opted to wear a red Elie Saab dress for the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas today. The popular musician is nominated for three awards, including top artist, top touring artist and top country artist. To add to the honours, she also scored four Teen Choice Award nominations on the weekend. Taylor met up with her good friends Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez at the event last year and will catch up with lots of music industry pals today.
