Taylor Swift says she's been writing "more music than ever before," and we all know what that means: The country star's trudging up stories of love and loss. Mostly loss. But, at this point it looks like the country star might have a new subject: Parachute singer Will Anderson. The rumor is these two have been cozying up in Nashville, though, of course, neither camp has confirmed the news. So, is this dude inspiring her future hits? Don't Pick Up the PhoneA 17-year-old Taylor Swift cozied up to Joe Jonas back in 2007. The two were coy about their relationship until it ended sometime in 2008, and all the drama unfolded. Swift famously summed up their breakup to Ellen DeGeneres: "You know what it's like, when I find that person that is right for me, he'll be wonderful. ... When I look at that person, I'm not going to remember the boy who broke up with me over the phone in 25 seconds when I was 18. ... I looked at the call log it was like 27 seconds. That's got to be a record." Then, she wrote a song about it. "Did I say something way too honest/Make you run and hide/Like a scared! little boy?" she sings in "Forever and Always."
Meanwhile, Mr. Jonas defended himself on his MySpace page (Facebook wasn't around back then): "Anytime you are in a relationship for any length of time there are going to be issues. Sometimes they resolve. Other times they lead to a change of heart," he wrote. Then addressed THE phone call: "For those who have expressed concern over the '27 second' phone call, I called to discuss feelings with the other person," he wrote. "Those feelings were obviously not well received. I did not end the conversation. Someone else did. Phone calls can only last as long as the person on the other end of the line is willing to talk." Noted.
Tay-SquaredIt can't be easy dating someone with your name, as Ms. Swift probably found out while dating actor Taylor Lautner. They met on the set of Valentine's Day in October 2009 and had just a few months worth of wholesome dates -- to frozen yogurt joints and such -- then split before New Year's. They never publicly admitted they were dating, but each alluded to their romance while hosting Saturday Night Live on separate occasions.
It's in His Kiss The country star typically goes for dudes with brown hair, so based on sound logic we're not too inclined to believe she really dated the star of her "Mine" music video, Toby Hemingway. The two smooched for the 2010 vid, and that's all it took to get the buzz going. They were spotted out together a few times during the height of the romance rumors, but nothing ever materialized. Shocking!
Bowling Buzz All it took was a bowling trip for the rum! or mill to craft a story about Swift dating Glee star Cory Monteith back in early 2010. Months later he cleared things up with Ellen: "We're just friends. I don't know where the time is to date these days." He did admit the country star's "lovely" before the interview was over.
Bad Boy Club In February 2010, the country crooner was reportedly wooed by an older man: John Mayer. Word has it she even spent the night in his hotel suite. Gasp! Then she went and wrote a song called "Dear John" with lines like "Dear John/I see it all now that you're gone/Don't you think I was too young/To be messed with/The girl in the dress/Cried the whole way home/I should've known." Now maybe this one's too obvious, but she did say in an interview once: "Every single song is like a roadmap to what that relationship stood for, with little markers that maybe everyone won't know, but there are things that were little nuances of the relationship, little hints. And every single song is like that. Everyone will know."
Taylor Swift and Jake Gyllenhaal (via INFDaily) Coffee CompanyAfter allegedly getting her heart broken by the rocker, Ms. Swift dated another older man, Jak e Gyllenhaal. Things sounded a lot more innocent between these two, however. They went on a whole lot of coffee dates from November to December 2010 and reportedly spent a cozy Thanksgiving together that year before calling it quits.
Glee Guy The latest Taylor Swift 
dating rumors surfaced in February 2011, when the star was seen at an LA Kings game with Glee star Chord Overstreet. These two might have had something going at some point, but we now know the actor has been romancing Emma Roberts since this summer.
Parachute Partner? 
The latest Taylor Swift dating rumors swirled in December about the songstress and Parachute frontman Will Anderson. The two have been seen around Nashville together on numerous occasions -- and they even tweeted the same holiday picture (his and hers) recently! Plus, the Parachute song "White Dress" is reportedly about Ms. Swift. Now, there are plenty of rumors out there about something romantic between them, but then Perez Hilton and some other outlets have suggested they're JUST friends.
