New Grammys promo finally reveals something Taylor Swift isnt good at

Unless something in her life eventually goes horribly awry, it is unlikely that Taylor Swift will ever release a rap album.

Still, should the day ever come when she parlays her tag-team with T-Pain, her collaboration with T.I., and her acoustic take on Lose Yourself into a full-fledged hip-hop diva career, she should probably leave the beatboxing up to the professionals.

In a just-released promo for the Grammy Awards (which air next Sunday, February 12), host LL Cool J and performer/nominee Swift are hanging out around a huge novelty award you know, like they always do.

LL busts into some old-school beatboxing, but when Swift jumps in to add some mouth scratches and throat samples, things get goofy pretty fast (which, to her credit, she clearly realizes). Check it out below.

Next Sunday Swift will most likely deliver a performance that does not include sounds normally made by Rahzel. Shell be joined by the likes of Nicki Minaj, Kelly Clarkson, Foo Fighters, Coldplay, Rihanna, and the just-announced Bruce Springsteen as performers.

Though her beatbox skills leave something to be desired, awards shows tend to give her the opportunity to do something she is exceptional at: Making this face after hearing her own name.

What performance are you most looking forward to at the Grammys next Sunday? Thank the acade! my in th e comments.
